A metallurgical company has an idea to produce a new product and wants to know if a first draft violates intellectual properties of the competitor.
RTE research registrations of these products or parts of them. Together with the client will be investigated which part(s) of the new product can be be protected.
With the (technical) description will be investigated whether earlier registrations have been done and who has the right on these registrations at the moment. Together with the client a registration path will be discussed, started, and realised.
