A producer of machines decides to use mass production besides the already existing customised production. Therefore they develop a nail machine. This machine is used particularly in the leather goods industry. The producer asked RTE Market Intelligence to research the needs of companies using the nail machines and map the potential clients for nail machines (Benelux).
With the help of the research a marketing strategy has been set up. Because the producer has not enough experience, together with RTE Market Intelligence an implementation strategy has been determined: acquisition plan and embedding in daily activities of producer.
Result: Doubled sale of machines. New clients in Belgium, and strengthening of existing relations within the Netherlands.
